Kerry Lawson a native of London, Ontario is our Lead Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor for our Retreat Program. Kerry will be your contact before, during and after your Retreat experience.

Kerry has worked in the Health and Wellness field since 1994 when she received her Certification as a Yoga Instructor and to date has logged in over 1500 hours of Educational Instruction. An experienced educator in this field, Kerry is certified to teach the 200 hour Instructor Training and is accredited by Yoga Alliance.

In addition to Kerry's full time position as Director of the Anne Willett Tedford Health and Wellness Centre in Yarmouth, she annually is sent by the Canadian Government to teach Yoga in Nunavut, in the Canadian Arctic. There she works with young people customizing programs for specific special needs and physically challenged individuals.

For the past seven years Kerry has organized annual Experiential Tours to India with focus on teacher training and certification. For the past four years she has run and facilitated the Yoga Retreat at Birchdale Lake in Yarmouth County Nova Scotia.
